DENVER – (September 22, 2008) – A new unscripted, anything-goes, cross-country road-trip across Spain starring Oscar-winner Gwyneth Paltrow, chef Marion Batali, author Mark Bittman and Spanish actress and singer Claudia Bassols premieres Monday, Sept. 22 at 10 p.m. on KBDI – Channels 12 and 12.1. The premise is simple: the two men, single-minded food- and wine-obsessed fiends, are constantly on the lookout for their next great meal. The two women also like to eat and drink but they have their own agenda: enjoying Spain’s infinite other pleasures – museums, shopping, music, spas and nightlife. The cross-country road trip results in a showcase of Spain – the intense beauty of Spanish culture mixed with all the hazards of male-female relationships and spontaneous, wacky road-trip adventures.
