Denver, CO – Colorado Gives Day was held on December 6, 2011 and in its second year, for the second time, Coloradans far surpassed the giving goal by donating over $12.4 million to over 900 different non-profits across the state. With the FirstBank Incentive Fund and Bonus Buck Prizes awarded, the 2011 donations totaled $12.7 million. In its premier year, in 2010, Colorado Gives Day had hoped to earn $1 million, but had astonishingly raised over $8 million.
The Colorado Gives Day Bravo Celebration, held at the Arvada Center on January 19, 2012, announced the FirstBank “High Five” Prize winners for the 2011 event. The winners for each High Five category are:

After receiving the award, Pam Osborne, Director of Marketing and Communications at CPT12 noted “The individual fundraising pages gave both our staff and board members an opportunity to raise money for us and we were delighted with the results. This individual giving effort raised an additional $14,500 to the total amount raised by CPT12 on Colorado Gives Day.”
