<p>Well, we all know how to get rid of excess pounds, yes? Increase calorie expenditure (exercise) and decrease calorie intake (knock off the chips and dip, Sal!)</p>

<p>My mornings get a bit hectic, so I like recording the Yoga programs and then stretching with them at night, before bed. Makes a nice relaxing end to the day…..</p>
