Exhibition dates: November 2 – December 15, 2012 Reception Friday, November 2, 6-9 pm
Notification to artists: October 9 – 12
Deadline for exhibition prints to arrive at gallery: October 27, 5 pm MST
Street View Guidelines: All lens-based media are eligible, including but not limited to images made by film or video camera, scanner, screen-capture, digital camera, and any means of mobile photography. Entry is open to members and non-members of CPAC. Members receive a discount on entry fees plus additional benefits, which can be found on our website www.cpacphoto.org. A $300 purchase award will be given for Best of Show, chosen by the juror. Three honorable mention awards will also be made. *There is a non-refundable entry fee of $35 for up to 5 images ($28 for members). Additional images may be entered for a fee of $5 per image ($4 for members). Make checks payable to "CPAC;" credit card payments can be made over the phone to 303-837-1341. You can also register and pay via Paypal online at www.cpacphoto.org. *Jpeg submissions due no later than Friday, October 5, 5pm MST. Send via email to gallery@cpacphoto.org. *Artists MUST title their jpeg entries with their initials first, example: ABC_title.jpg Improperly titled jpegs will not be accepted. *Jpegs should not exceed 2.5MB in size and 800 pixels on the longest dimension. *Attach or include your entry form with your submission. *Exhibition print sizes must be specified. *The Gallery reserves the right to reject any work not printed or framed at a professional level. The Gallery also understands that work may be presented in a non-traditional way that is integral to the art. Please contact us in advance if you feel your work fits into these criteria. *Selections for the exhibitions will be announced no later than the week of October 9th. *Framed work must be received by the gallery no later than 5pm Saturday, October 27th. *In the event of sales, CPAC will charge a 40% commission. *Artists shipping work must use reusable packing materials and provide shipping arrangements to and from the gallery. *See our website at www.cpacphoto.org for more information and to download the Entry Form.
