Original message: Welcome to 2013 and i hope it does us well. Im interested in a follow-up in the case of Kimberly Muhammad. This case was not high profile but i think it should have been. Kimberly was in the company of a gentleman who was apparently angry and showed his anger by dragging Kimberly along side his truck. Once Kimbely let go the young man ran over Kimberly and left the scene. From my understanding this gentleman recieved a sentence of 1 year probation. Kimberly was in possession of drugs in the hospital, where she was arrested. How can attempted murder or vehiclar homicide carry a charge of 1 year probation?
