Original message: The city of Edgewater, Colorado is proud to announce our Forth Annual Celtic Harvest Festival. Below is a press release outlining our event. We would be thrilled if your station would help promote or perhaps even do a story about our FREE festival as a public announcement. We are a small city and often lack the financial resources to do paid advertising for our city events. The Celtic Harvest Festival has been held for three consecutive years and has done so with little press other than write ups we have submitted to event calendars, small local publications, social media and word of mouth. Our local reporters have been a great help as well. We've done a tremendous job with our promotions, bringing over 10,000 people to our Celtic Harvest Festivals each year. We have earned the respect of festival promoters all over the state, becoming one of the favorite Celtic Festivals around. We are proud to feature only Colorado talents and vendors, the only Celtic festival to do so. But we have lacked coverage from our local TV stations. We ask that you consider announcing our Celtic Harvest Festival Edgewater during one of your community event announcements or perhaps you would even want to cover the event as it happens. Please feel free to use our press release, edit it down or call and we will be happy to give you more information and details as needed. You can reach Dan Maples, City of Edgewater, at 720-763-3012 or Jamie McElhany at 720-763-3003 or Laura Keegan at 303-232-045 or 303-883-5123. Thank you. Laura Keegan Press Release: Come and Celebrate the Fourth Annual Celtic Harvest Festival Edgewater Edgewater, Colorado, September 21st and 22nd, 2013 This year’s Celtic Harvest Festival Edgewater will be September 21st and 22nd at Citizen's Park, 24th & Benton, west of Sloans Lake.
