I watched more than Montalbano; i.e., the Scandanavian shows, Blood on the Vine, the Italian and other French shows. One of the highlights of moving back to the Denver area was this channel. Can we receive this channel over the air if we procure some kind of digital antenna?
CPT12 Response:
Thank you for your email. Yes, you do have some options.

If you just need to tweak your existing antenna,  check out some tips from the CPT12 engineers, or contact CPT12 for over-the-air signal assistance.
  • MHz programing is still available at no additional monthly cost from Direct TV. It is part of their 'world direct package'. It does require a second , larger satellite dish to pull in  several free stations. There is a modest $20 fee for dish handling, but no installation fee or monthly subscription cost.  The number we were given that takes you to the right department  at Direct TV is 800-378-3309. To clarify, this second dish is normally for those wishing programming in foreign languages for a fee. The several 'public interest channels' (like MHz) are free.

If you have additional questions you can call us from Monday-Friday 9-5 pm and ask to speak with one of our Technical Service representative at 303-296-1212.

We would like for DirecTV to continue to carry our 12.2.  If you agree, please call DirecTV at 1 (800) 531-5000 and let them know.
All the Best,
