Octopus is the only mystery I see on the computer schedules. Why aren't the others listed, or, at least, why does the schedule often say "not determined" or "not available"? I like Montalbano, Maigret, etc.

Thank you for your inquiry. 
CPT12.3 is a pass-through channel of MHz Worldview. Colorado Public Television does not have control of their scheduling. We take their programming and schedule information “as is” off the internet.  Just a guess, but they may do the “To be Announced “ thing to leave a slot open for breaking coverage of world news. It seems happen on Sundays.

With the exception of Thursdays, the 7PM and 10PM time slots on 12.3 are usually programmed with an International Mystery.
Currently,
Don Matteo airs on Monday and Wednesday, 7PM and 11PM.
The Octopus airs Monday at 8PM.
Maigret airs on Tuesday, 7PM and 11PM.
Spiral airs Wednesday at 8PM.
The Crown (more of a political intrigue than a mystery) airs Thursday night at 8PM.
Henning Mankell’s Wallander airs on Friday, 7pm and 11pm.
Donna Leon: The Commissario Brunetti Mysteries airs Saturdays, 7pm and 11pm.
