Marguerite Salazar is the director of U.S. Health and Human Services for Region 8, which includes Colorado. She was appointed to the post by President Barack Obama in 2010. Previously, Salazar spent 20 years as president and CEO of a rural community health center with services covering 22 counties in Southern Colorado. In this radio interview she talks about the landscape and challenges of implementing the Affordable Care Act.
