"Cooking on the Wild Side" is a cooking show for people who hunt, fish or just love the outdoors. This program takes a look back at the fifteen plus years of Phyllis Speer and John Philpot cooking up wild game, unique side dishes and mouth watering desserts. On each show she cooks up three recipes, Phyllis always adding a special twist on her seasonal favorites. From her buffalo river wings to stuffed elk meatballs, she shows the viewer how to prepare their wild game in new and exciting ways. She and John draw the viewer in and make them feel like old friends just getting caught up. This dynamic duo will always deliver good cookin' and lots of laughs. So sit back, relax and enjoy watching these two at what they do best.
