Tara Lee has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has been teaching yoga for over 11 years. She began teaching yoga while pregnant with her first child and is now a mother of two. Since the release of Tara’s “Pregnancy Health Yoga” dvd in 2008, her popularity has increased even further, placing her as one of the country’s leading yoga teachers. In the beginning of her teaching career and as her popularity continued to grow, Tara began making DVDs so her students could practice at home. Her DVDs have won numerous awards in the United States and the United Kingdom and continue to be top sellers in both countries. Now Tara is ready to bring these yoga techniques to public television and the United States.
