Simply Ming

On the Road – Cologne

This week, Ming’s on the road in beautiful Cologne, Germany. After a quick visit to the spectacular Cologne Cathedral, Ming heads over to Wurst Case Scenario Restaurant to meet up with chef Rene Stessel, who shows Ming how to makes liver sausages. Then they cook up a storm, as chef Stessel makes an Austrian blutwurst with potatoes dish, and Ming follows with a spicy sausage fried rice.

In addition to all-new recipes and wine pairings, Ming visits chefs around the country to explore the cultural inspiration of traditional dishes, and re-inventing them with an East-West twist.
