In the town of Hønefoss in eastern Norway, Andreas makes lunch for some hunters before he investigates the origins of one of his favorite Norwegian potatoes. While in this region, which is referred to as the land of fairytales and historical farms, he prepares traditional Norwegian pancakes with local berries, then heads into the forest to smoke fish inside a tent, which he serves alongside a salad, and roast steak with peas and local vegetables.
