Krista: More lanes, fewer potholes. Colorado legislators agree that transportation funding should be a priority. To increase revenue, they'd need a tax increase or a change to TABOR calculations over the hospital provider fee. Neither is likely. That means prioritizing roads over broadband or Medicaid expansion or bike lanes and mass transit.
