Sour Salt

I actually got to taste sour salt recently. It is sold in Mexican grocery stores, it's lemon and salt so you could easily create it at home with a dash of lemon juice and salt to taste, or lemon zest.

we were watching Rick's show last week and he was talking about making cheese using SOUR SALT. We failed to get the recipie and are unable to finf SOUR SALT in our local market. Any help would be apprciated. Thank you. Linda
