I would like to see Channel 12 broadcast Ukrainian News. All you show is Russian Propaganda (RT) several times a day. This is very unfair to both Americans and Ukrainians who would like to see what is really happening in Ukraine. Please broadcast Ukrainian News and remove the RT Russian Propaganda channel. Thanks

Three years ago I found "Russia Today" to offer an interesting, different perspective on world events. Then two years ago, something happened. Since that time it's been consistently, virulently anti-West "news and opinions" that to me is just strident propaganda. I've stopped watching it. I realize CPT12 offers lots of different perspectives, and I appreciate that. But when free speech turns into hate speech, I have to disconnect from it.
CPT12 Response:
Thanks for your email. I appreciate your point of view. Even one of their anchors, Liz Wahl quit on air over the turn RT has taken.
Still, I personally find it fascinating to watch Putin’s spin knowing that it is what it is.
All the Best,

I write to urge you to remove Russia Today from your lineup of international news programming. While I enjoy watching news programs from all over the world, it has become completely clear in the last few weeks that Russia Today is purely a propaganda outlet for Vladimir Putin, and as such has no legitimate place in your programming. I do not wish my public TV dollars to be spent on propaganda. Please consider the integrity of you station, your reputation, and your viewers' best interests, and remove Russia Today from your schedule. Thank You, Lisa West

Thank you for your email and past support.
Colorado Public Television’s Channel 12.3 is a pass-through of the MHz Worldview Channel. Colorado Public Television does not have control of what they air. We take their programming “as is” off the internet. Any comments or feedback regarding programming on 12.3 should be sent directly to MHz Worldview  through the link below:
With that said, many of our viewers find it enlightening to watch RT News; especially with what is going on in Ukraine. We  get to see how events are interpreted and managed for mass consumption by Putin and the Kremlin.   Our viewers, like you, know what it is.  That is part of the fascination.
But how about that dramatic on air resignationof Liz Wahl over Ukraine coverage on RT News? That was pretty cool. Apparently not everything at RT News can be controlled by the state.
Thanks for your feedback. We do appreciate, respect and take note of your concerns over the program.
