Request for program re-broadcast
Posted: December 10, 2013 by Fred Thompson
Hello, In light of all of the problems with the US Healthcare system recently highlighted by the introduction of Obamacare, can we (the PBS viewing public) request a re-broadcast of a previously aired Frontline piece - Sick Around The World ( http://video.pbs.org/video/1050712790/ ). If your broadcast rights have exipred, can't they be re-issued so that this important piece of information can be seen by a more broad section of the population - now that they are more aware of the problems with our own system. Thank you, Fred Thompson
CPT12 Response:
Thanks for writing.
It would be great if we could re-broadcast the Frontline about our healthcare system.  Frontline rights are complex and unless the rights are loosened from the source we unfortunately can’t re-broadcast it.  It is certainly a topic of great importance that could benefit many.
If the opportunity presents itself we certainly will take it under consideration.
Thanks again for your feedback.
