PBS12 accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

order confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation by email after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with PBS12’s Viewer Services Department whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. PBS12 will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

cancelled and postponed events

Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue. Should this occur, PBS12 will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. Additionally, all relevant rescheduling information will be posted on this website.

refunds and exchanges

  • ticket sales:
    All ticket sales are final, including tickets for concerts held in outdoor venues that may experience rain.
  • merchandise sales:
    All sales are final. If merchandise received is damaged, contact the PBS12 offices at 303-296-1212 (or toll free at 1-800-727-8812). Upon return of the damaged merchandise, replacement items will be available or a refund processed.
  • auction items:
    All sales are final. If merchandise received is damaged, contact the PBS12 offices at 303-991-5044 (or toll free at 1-800-727-8812 ext. 5044). Upon return of the damaged merchandise, replacement items will be available or a refund processed.

billing information verification

Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, PBS12 will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If PBS12 is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, PBS12 may cancel your order.

delivery methods

  • ticket sales:
    Tickets will either be mailed to you by standard mail in a PBS12 envelope, or held at the venue’s box office or door. The method of delivery can be found in the “Place Order” section of each event’s order page.
  • merchandise sales:
    All items must be picked up at PBS12 (2900 Welton Street in Denver). If you need to have your item shipped, please call 303-296-1212 (or toll free at 1-800-727-8812) to make arrangements.
  • auction items:
