The Daytime Emmy®-winning SIMPLY MING returns for a 15th season of mouth-watering recipes, tantalizing cocktails, celebrity appearances and culinary road trips. Each episode kicks off with a technique demonstration, followed by the creation of two dishes — one prepared by a nationally renowned guest chef and one by James Beard-and-Emmy Award-winning host Ming Tsai. Two of the guest chefs joining Ming this season include: Carla Hall, co-host of the Emmy-winning television show The Chew,making her fragrant colaloo-crab and coconut spinach soup casava in coconut sauce; and Aaron Sanchez from The Food Network's Chopped,cooking his albَndigas tacos. Jacques Pépin and his granddaughter also swing by to make curly dogs with pickle relish "mayo-grette" dressing and potato salad, while Ming whips up some quick Chinese sausage buns. And Rick Bayless, the 2017 James Beard Award-winner for Outstanding Restaurant, cooks up Mexican sweet corn tacos with homemade corn tortillas, while Ming makes his new omelet wrap with corn, tomato, watercress, and black bean salsa.
