This Tuscany inspired show brings us two 80% meals and two 20% percent indulgences. First we are going to grill peaches with vanilla bean mascarpone toped with salted bourbon caramel. Next is Stromboli followed with a grilled gazpacho and an Italian caprice salad. So have a seat, pour a glass of tea and join us for some amazing outdoor 80/20 cooking!
