Priscilla's Yoga Stretches

The 130 programs are designed to air daily, Monday through Friday. The 15- minute segments are frequently coupled together to fill a 30- minute time slot at the option of local programmers. The first three shows demonstrate and explain three to four new postures or exercises per show. The last two shows serve as review so the viewer has a chance to make certain they followed and understood correctly. In addition, if the viewer missed a show, the Thursday and Friday review days bring them up-to-date....
