A panel of political commentators and journalists will address these questions and more in the Colorado Decides “Primary Ballot Analysis Special” on Friday, Aug. 8 at 8 p.m. on KBDI-Channel 12. KBDI’s Aaron Harber will serve as program host for the 60-minute program. After discussion of Colorado primary elections, panelists will turn their analysis to ballot referendum issues and general election race issues. Media panelists will include Lynn Bartels of the Rocky Mountain News and CBS4 News Anchor Karen Leigh of CBS4. Other political analysts will include Jon Caldara, president of the Independence Institute; Eric Sondermann, founder and chair of SE2, a Denver-based public policy consulting firm; and Penfield Tate III, an attorney and former elected official who is experienced in public finance and government law. Colorado Decides is a partnership of CBS4, the Rocky Mountain News and KBDI-Channel 12, Colorado Public Television. “Primary Ballot Analysis Special” and all of the taped “Colorado Decides” debates will be available on all three partners’ websites: www.kbdi.org, www.cbs4denver.com and www.rockymountainnews.comf. The program will also be available for viewing on the video-on-demand feature of the www.kbdi.org website after August 4.
