DENVER – (October 7, 2008) – Studio 12 host Tamara Banks and proponents and opponents of “anti-affirmative action” Amendment 46 will examine the upcoming ballot issue Wednesday, Oct. 15 at 8 p.m. on KBDI-Channel 12.
