Schaffer and Udall will Debate Oct. 30 in Final Debate of the Colorado Decides Series

DENVER – (October 27, 2008) – Bob Schaffer and Rep. Mark Udall will debate in the final Colorado Decides series Thursday, Oct. 30 at 6 p.m. on CBS4.  The debate will repeat that evening at 9 p.m. on KBDI-Channel 12. 

The debate, hosted by CBS4 News Anchor Jim Benemann, will include Rocky Mountain News Reporter Lynn Bartels, CBS4’s Terry Jessup and KBDI’s Eric Sondermann as interview panelists.

The 2008 Colorado Decides debate series has included 18 debates.  Colorado Decides is a partnership of KBDI-TV, CBS4 and the Rocky Mountain News.  After the debate airs, it will be available for free viewing on all three partners’ websites:  www.KBDI.org, www.rockymountainnews.com, and www.cbs4denver.com.

Debates for ballot amendments 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 52, 58 and 59 and debates or interviews for Congressional Districts 2, 4, 6 and 7 also are available via free video-on-demand on the partners’ websites.
