DENVER – July 28, 2009 – Eating, the award-winning documentary that examines the American diet and how it affects personal health and the planet, will air Saturday, Aug. 8 at 6 p.m. on KBDI-12.  It will repeat at 10 p.m.

Mike Anderson, the producer of Eating, will be a studio guest of KBDI’s Shari Bernson during the program. Anderson’s documentary suggests that a plant-based diet may deter heart disease and cancer.
