DENVER – (September 29, 2009) – In case you missed the debut of Ken Burns’ documentary, “The National Parks: America’s Best Idea” in Denver this week, don’t worry, Channel 12 has your back!

Channel 12 will air the six-part, 12-hour documentary on Sundays with encores on Thursdays.  Both will air at 8 p.m.  The show will premiere on Sunday, Oct 18.  

Burns’ exciting documentary takes a unique look at some of America’s most majestic national parks from both a spiritual and historical stance.  This documentary explores not only the unmatched beauty of these parks, but also the significant impact they have had on America.
