DENVER – (January 19, 2010) – Local sources will provide updates about the Haiti earthquake tomorrow on Channel 12’s Studio 12 at 8 p.m. A local family that has an adopted Haitian child and works with other families attempting to adopt will be among the in-studio program guests. Jim Rettew, chief communications officer of the Mile High Chapter of the American Red Cross, will provide an update on relief efforts. Additional local guests have not yet been confirmed. Program Host Steffan Tubbs also will interview via phone Dr. Alina Dorian from the UCLA Center for Public Health and Disasters. Each week Studio 12 explores hot issues and fascinating topics with provocative and knowledgeable guests. Viewers may call in or send questions via the station’s Facebook fan page during the live program.
